Hola mis amigas! Hablas inglés?! My wife and I visited Tübinger today—our first brewery experience in South America. Mirko, the brewery’s sommelier (i.e., Cicerone-equivalent) and hospitality jefe, greeted us with samples of their entire draft menu. He gave us his undivided attention as he walked us through descriptions and flavor profiles of each beer. Because of the language barrier, Mirko and I communicated via Google Translate, which created an immediate, unique connection. Our universal language was, of course, cerveza. Tübinger’s beers, across the board, were clean, fresh, and true to-style. We required a driver to get us there from downtown Santiago, who accompanied us for lunch. All three of us had Tübinger’s feature of pork ribs atop corn purée with a tomato and onion salad. Between beer and lunch, Mirko gave us a private tour of the brewery and their property. Without hesitation, I would recommend Türbinger. And tell mi amigo, Mirko I sent you. ¡Salud!
Great brewery and good selection of beers! From light beers to dark beers and a decent selection of IPA’s. Food was delicious as well!
Beautiful location, good food and great craft beer. A must if you are in Pirque.
