I came here as it was recommended by a local as a great place for wine and food and he was right on both counts. It was packed on my first visit at the weekend, so there would have been a wait for a table, but I was happy to sit at the bar, which I actually prefer. I love oysters and the ones from Chiloe Island here are spectacular. I suspect they are shucked to order, as they should be, as they were very juicy and had a nice briny tang and wonderful flavour. A glass of Albariño was a nice match. There is a good selection of wines by the glass and every one I tried was fresh. Everything I tried from their menu was excellent and there was never any long wait. There is a wide selection of bottles at all price points from all over the world so you will have plenty to choose from regardless of your tastes. The bartenders were true professionals and they were kept super busy mixing all manner of special cocktails on the weekend, but I enjoyed chatting when they were quieter on a weekday afternoon. Staff in general true professionals so I hope they are paid accordingly, especially since the restaurant has a no tip policy. If you love great food and excellent wine, this is a must-go if…
