We came in as a group of 26 and the seated immediately and food order taken promptly. We are not familiar with flavours from Chile as visitors from Canada. The soups were Luke warm, the Salmon piece was perfect and made as requested. However, there could have been some spices added to make it more interesting to eat. Just a suggestion, add some kind of garnish and sauce. Else, everything moved fast for a large group like our and credit to the managers and staff. There was a line up when we left. So demand is obviously there.
Servers are nice, food temperature came out hot as it should be & flavor not bad. Granted it was a busy night but everything took forever that my body started to ache from sitting too long.. therefore 2 stars for service.
This is one of the finest restaurants in Chile. The employees were up for the job. First the drink , Pisco Sour is an amazing drink. I had three of them . Then I was served Tuna Tartare as a starter.Later I was served Grill chicken with house salad. This chicken was cooked to perfection. And finally the Artisanal ice cream Lovey combination. Yanko and Karean made a impressions on us.
