After a stressful day at work, we decided to treat ourselves to a nice meal out. Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. From the start, there were significant delays, and we weren't informed in a timely manner about what items were available in the kitchen. In fact, I had to change my order because they didn't have what I initially requested, and even then, the wait was still quite long. When my dish finally arrived, the salmon was raw, and the salads were cold, straight from the refrigerator, without any proper preparation. My wife ordered a vegetarian chorrillana, and the dish she received was far from what we expected, both in presentation and quality. We were hoping for a good experience to end the day, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. We hope they can improve their organization, communication, and, above all, the quality of their food.

A pleasant experience overall; the place is recommended. There are some aspects that could be improved, such as the wait times, the attentiveness/focus of the waiters, and the number of flies. I asked for more bread twice, and it never arrived, so I gave up. The dish itself was a good portion and tasted excellent. Good food and a pleasant atmosphere. A highlight is its location, with access from both directions of the road to the volcano.

Let me explain the situation. We went to Inesita's because they had the best cazuela in El Cajón—or so I thought, because they were already out of food by 3 pm. So, my partner and I went to El Cajón del Plato, which used to have a different name. We knew the place for its quality food and pretty good prices (some of the best in El Cajón) (most places in El Cajón are expensive). We arrived and found the gate closed. I got out to open it myself, and it turned out that demand exceeded the service's capacity (very bad, that should never happen). Dirty plates were everywhere, and the counter was covered in dirty glasses—about 30-40 glasses and some plates. I asked if we could eat there and they said yes, but we had to wait for a table to become available. We waited about 10 minutes and went in. The girl who served us was very friendly, but she didn't put napkins on the table (the napkin holder was empty). The same thing happened to another table, and then we ordered what we wanted (cazuela). General review: Food (cazuela): High-quality dish, good price, good portion size, squash with the peel on, potato a little hard (perfectly edible for people with molars), large osso buco with very…
