I was looking forward to seeing the circus curtains in the entrance and inside the restaraunt but nothing was on, it's a pity! Let me say this place is AMAZING. The food is excellent, the research of the right mix of ingredients is sublime and the waiter we had...she was amazing! the right mood, always available and sales oriented that it's not a minus, because she can suggest excellent plates and drinks. The bill was super: high quality for a very good price. Congratssss!

The gyozas were super over done and dry. The menu also had no mention of locos being mixed in with the pork. No mention of the sauce served with them either. My wife said her ceviche was very good though. Service was the stand out. My food was meh. They apparently do 2 shows a month. I didn't realize this since there is no real website.

Wow. The food was spectacular. Really interesting flavors and absolutely delicious. Highlights were the octopus and the ceviche, but everything we had was great. Would definitely come back to try more things on the menu.
