Fuh-Yip, without exaggeration, is one of the most delicious Chinese restaurants I've had in Santiago. And I've tried quite a few! You call, the friendliest Chinese people on the planet answer, they give you a number, tell you how long it will take, and bam, you arrive and your order is piping hot, ready, and filling your car with its delicious aroma. The shrimp dumplings are a culinary gem (the kind that makes you think, "Why didn't I order more?"). They have affordable set meals, although of course, no restaurant is as cheap as it used to be... but for flavor, speed, and friendly service, Fuh-Yip wins hands down. There are no tables, it's takeout only, but it has parking and the whole experience is worth it. In short: delicious food, great service, and that friendly touch that leaves you with a smile and wanting to come back.

Excellent service, a very complete menu of authentic Cantonese Chinese food. Everything is fresh and delicious. We love their fried dishes, Cantonese ribs, Chinese barbecue, seafood platter, and other dishes.

It's always been a good place, until today when they overcharged me and there was a piece of wood shavings in the meat.
