Great family hotel! Very clean, friendly staff, delicious dinner and breakfast! We only stayed 1 night but felt like stayed with the family. Few people speak great English, which is rare for Chile per my personal observation. Would recommend, even though it is kinda expensive. Worth the money. Location is convenient by car, not many places you can walk by foot from there, unfortunately. Wish their restaurant was open for lunch too
Great location, very friendly staff, and they made it easy to get to the ski mountains. The room was clean and pretty, the atmosphere in the family area was nice and refreshing. A great place to share a bottle of wine with friends after a full day of skiing. The dinners were tasty and creative. They really understand hospitality here!
The restaurant is sensational, the service is also very good, the common area is exceptional, especially the fireplace and the jaccuzi. The possibility of using the common area to wait for the transfer after checking out was very pleasing, as we were able to rest well after lunch. The only negative point is the bathroom, as the shower was not very comfortable. But that was solved by using the bathroom outside the room which was very comfortable.
