La Fabbrica was one of the highlights of our time in Santiago. The food was fantastic. The beef ragù with gnocchi was sensational, and the meat pizza was quite unique- delicious. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel well looked after throughout the evening. The live music created a fantastic atmosphere that perfectly complemented the meal and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience in Santiago, La Fabbrica is an excellent choice. We would happily return and highly recommend it.
So... Ambiance? Check. Location? Double-check. Live Music? Gettoutatown! This is one of the Very Best locations in town to enjoy live jazz. Food is good, albeit live-music-restaurant priced. But, you know what? Totally worth it. Nice portions. (Americans beware). Come by. Drop by. Dedicate one afternoon and evening to feel with arms and ears wide open. It'll be, I promise, one of the highlights of your trip. Enjoy.
It's rare that you go to a restaurant and everything is perfect--I mean all three people in our party scraped our plates clean here. The wine was great, the pasta was great, the pizza was amazing, and the dessert semi-cocido chocolate was even better. Our waiter Marco was so good and patient with all of our questions about the confusing Italian menu. The service was slow but tastefully so, so it's best to go here if you have time to enjoy your meal :)
