Great food. Thanks to Gabriel - he were so polite and attentive, what made whole experience even better. He recommended to try sandwich, which was so so so yummy! I also got cappuccino what was not so good, but it’s normal, it’s not a coffee shop. 😅

A REAL DISGRACE! Disgusting service! Four waiters and they couldn't do one! Music in the kitchen, music in the bar, music at the counter, PLUS the TikToks blasting from a Colombian woman who served us. I ordered a plate of onion rings, nothing special, and they charged me 9,000 pesos for EIGHT RINGS!!!! What?!?!?!? But I insist, the worst and most unpleasant thing was the service. In the kitchen, everyone was on their phones, wearing gloves, but touching everything! I'M NEVER GOING BACK, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ‼️

I want to share the terrible experience we had at this restaurant. We went because they had a 40% discount promotion for paying with a Santander card. When it came time to pay, the waiter only asked if we would be paying with Santander; we said yes, and he processed the payment without asking if it was a credit or debit card. After the payment was approved, they told us the promotion only applied to credit cards and demanded we pay the difference. We proposed a very simple solution: a refund of the debit card payment so we could immediately pay again with our Santander credit card. However, the restaurant refused, stating they didn't have the cash to issue the refund and couldn't do it. In other words, an error in their own payment process ended up becoming a problem for us. At no point was the payment method verified before processing the transaction, and yet, the responsibility ended up falling entirely on the customer. Finally, to prevent the situation from escalating further, we were forced to pay the full bill, leaving us with a tremendous sense of injustice and a very bad experience. Promotions have terms and conditions, and that's perfectly acceptable. What's unacceptable…
