Great steak and perfect Chilean side dishes. I recommend this place for the foreigner who isn't looking to dish out more than $200 USD for a steak dinner. There is quality in the preparation here and I applaud the chef! Kudos. Service was great as well, the waiter was on point with the timing of the food and was very friendly. Thanks for the panqueque on the house! In terms of atmosphere, this place is in a great part of town and is comfortable compared to other steakhouses in Santiago, but I recommend considering some rearranging in order to go to the 2nd floor. I don't need to see cleaning supplies of the backstage works whilst trying to get to my table.

Best meal we had in Chile! You need to go here, it’s so worth it! The provoleta was perfectly seasoned and piping hot. Pisco sours were delicious and refreshing, so glad we tried the local drink. The cowboy ribeye was cooked perfectly and had a delicious flavor and crust. Bread was excellent as well. Salad was fresh and potatoes were a great side item, maybe a little bland but we weren’t sure what to order. Dessert was a molten lava cake and ice cream, cooked perfectly! We sat outside and the environment made for easy conversation and a relaxed dinner. You need a reservation or you will be turned away. The place was packed by 9pm and most diners had reservations. Would go here again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely incredible restaurant. Amazing atmosphere, and great staff, with a delicious variety of meats. These portions are large and cooked to your liking. What an experience!
