They have a wide variety of sandwiches; I tried the lomo saltado. All of them come with fries and a drink. The only downside was the food temperature—it was a little lukewarm. The service is very good, the prices are reasonable, and the place is spacious and pleasant!

Until today, it was one of the best sandwich shops in Santiago, in my opinion. I hadn't been there in about eight months. I'm leaving disappointed. Aside from raising prices (which I can understand), the quality has dropped considerably. They no longer offer rustic potatoes in their specials, only pre-fried potatoes. The Del Barrio burger was bland, I'd even say it tasted bad. The bacon was greasy and way too thick. I'm leaving disappointed, even leaving almost half the sandwich uneaten.

Unfortunately, my experience was awful. I went for lunch and ordered a sandwich with fries. As I started eating, I found a hair in the fries, a very unpleasant situation in a restaurant. I called the waiter over, and he called the manager. He offered to replace the fries or the entire meal, but I never received an apology from anyone for what happened. Beyond the solution offered, I believe a sincere apology is the least a customer expects in a situation like this. Furthermore, after the incident, the waiter Steve's attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I understand that mistakes can happen, but how a problem is handled makes all the difference. I felt the problem was mine and not a failure of your service. On this occasion, I felt a lack of empathy and concern for the customer. I hope you take this feedback as an opportunity to improve both your hygiene protocols and the service you provide.
