This is one of those little gems tucked away in Santiago. Authentic Indian food that is correctly spiced and reminds you of the food you get in India. Located in the food truck park, if you want authentic Indian food, this place is a must try as the cook Sandeep is willing to cater to your authentic Indian culinary needs.
Great Indian food by chefs Mr. Sandib and Mr. Binu! Try out the specialty veg jalfrezi, with added chicken if you're not a vegetarian. It's delicious!
I was visiting Santiago and searched for some Indian food around. This was closer to my hotel so I thought to venture out. The place is where all the food trucks are. I went there when they started on a Monday afternoon. Ordered palak paneer and chana masala or chole. The owner spoke to me in a humble way and introduced himself. He was from India and we asked each other where we lived Very down-to-earth person. The food was good snd tasty. I like the paneer better than the chana masala. The bread was also good. The packaging was also nice. Overall a tasty place to have authentic Indian if you are looking for one. Good luck...
