I think it was an incredible experience eat at mirai food lab! The flavors in my dish were a really good combination and I enjoyed it so much! All the fermented foods are prepared in the place, Lavanda kombucha was my favorite. I want to come back soon to mirai food
Yummy Ramen made with love. The place was crowded and loud but some people like that since it's kind of cool. We didn't have to wait too long for a table. You can buy drinks from downstairs and bring them to your table, which is nice.
Good service and atmosphere. We ordered kombucha and Tonkotsu ramen which is a very good combination. The kombucha is very refreshing. The ramen tastes good but couldn't say it's the best in Santiago. The soup is a bit too fatty and porky. With the lack of scent of Asian spices, it doesn't feel very authentic. This makes it hard to finish the soup. But I really like small noodles. Recommended. We also ordered fried chicken topped with pickled ginger and radish which tasted a bit weird. We would enjoy only chicken more.
