We are a group of travelers that arrived at Novotel a few hours ago and had a dinner reception, Daniel was exceptional and patient taking our orders, Yola was prompt and courteous. Here comes the ceviche, which was absolutely delicious, tasty, fresh, mouth watering, l will order again; the salmon gives me the idea is farm raised, not wild but the decorated serving made it look appealing and appetizing; the cheesecake and expreso made it an excellent dinging experience. It felt nice when Felipe aproach our table and came to say hi to us, he was very pleasant, l told him how delicious the ceviche was. I highly recommend this place. O.
Horrible service. Place practically empty and all the waiters are busy with their cellphones or chatting among themselves. My food arrived cold and the meat was raw whilts i orderd medium. After 2 min trying to call a waiters attention ( of the 5 standing aroimd doing nothing) i took my plate to the couner to complain. Just horrible.
Great food, excellent pasta and salad. Service was mostly inattentive.
