Restaurante Torogallo

Delicious food, great service, and tasty drinks. 100% recommended.

Torogallo restaurant was a real find for my partner and me. The outdoor space, being able to enjoy the fresh air and the sound of birds, is something different in itself, unlike any other restaurant in downtown Santiago. Graciela, our hostess and waitress, was very kind and attentive to our needs. For starters, the breaded shrimp were truly delicious with the accompanying sauce. The fresh juices were also very tasty, and the signature almond Breeze cocktail was excellent, especially if you like sweet cocktails. For our main courses, we had gnocchi with shrimp in a white wine sauce and a steak with pastry and a red wine sauce. Both were exquisite and delicious; the preparation was perfect, and the presentation spoke for itself. To finish, we had a vanilla ice cream dessert with a freshly baked brownie—a wonderful combination of flavors. We will definitely be back to try the other dishes on the menu. We thank Graciela again for the great attention and pleasant experience.

Everything was wonderful. Ample parking, excellent service, and a beautiful, refreshing natural setting. The salmon ceviche appetizer is prepared with a special sauce and is absolutely delicious. Then we ordered salmon with dill and rustic potatoes, and salmon with custard and wine sauce. Both dishes were a total delight. 100% recommended!
