Excellent food, very fresh/tasty sushi and very affordable. Chef and staff are very cool. A place to visit while in Santiago!

We've been to this place many times, and the food is quite tasty and fresh. However, the customer service needs improvement, as they seem less enthusiastic each time. The first few times they gave us sauces and containers, but now, when we ask for containers, they refuse. Also, they give you the sauce in a very small bag, and if you want more, you have to pay 1,000 pesos, which is excessive for the size of the bag. The food tastes good, but they should improve the overall experience and customer service.

It's a shame to see the decline of a place that used to be so good. My friends and I discovered it last year, and from Monday to Wednesday after 4 PM, the handrolls cost 2500 pesos. They served the soy sauce in small containers, and the service was excellent. Then the price of the handrolls went up to 3000 pesos after 4 PM. I don't mind the price increase; the handrolls are delicious and filling. But then they started giving out the soy sauce in plastic containers instead of small ones. Sometimes the handrolls were smaller or had less filling, and now they just give you one packet of soy sauce and charge you for an extra one. It seems like a joke and a waste to have such delicious food but such poor service that no longer satisfies you or makes you want to go back. The price-quality ratio is completely broken. Now they're serving mini handrolls. I understand the price increase, but the service is slower, less attentive, and it's not worth it. I hope they can change that. Today they lost some loyal customers.
