Delicious food and good service. They provide various fast food combos like hamburgers, sandwiches with chips and so on for you to choose. And also English.
In Melocotón, on the way to the volcano and at the intersection with the alley, there's a food cart where the people are very friendly and they serve a really delicious shredded beef sandwich. If you're even just passing by, I recommend stopping and getting your sandwiches there; they also have a very tasty potato bread!
