I am a month late, but had to rave about Casaluz! I went in January for a birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. Special shout out to our server, Angel, who went above and beyond the whole night. From the appetizers to the main dishes... we loved everything. This is easiest described as an elevated experience without the air of pretentiousness- great food, great value. Make sure to ask for their recommendations because we weren't steered wrong! You have to get the fried goat cheese!

We had an excellent meal here! The waiters are lovely, the wine is great and so is the food! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful place for a nice meal or a date! 🪑 setting - in the middle of bustling Barro Italia, this restaurant is situated in a beautiful classic / vintage building. Plenty of seating indoors and in a little inner courtyard. Spacious interior with well thought out decoration. 🧑‍🍳 service - very lovely service! Staff helped us with the menu in English and were overall very kind and efficient. 🥗 food - we really liked the menu here that contains various creative and unique dishes. As a vegetarian I would have liked to see at least one of the main dishes to be vegetarian (it was all either meat or fish) but I chose two vegetarian starters instead and was very satisfied by the portion size. My partner’s steak was very tasty. We did find all dishes to be a little bit oily, but it was our first meal in Chile having arrived just a few hours before, and maybe this is just the standard here. The yoghurt brie ice cream at dessert was fantastic. The presentation of the dishes was also beautiful. 🍹 drinks - we enjoyed the cocktails very much. There are creative signature combinations on the menu besides the classical cocktails. Cappuccino was good although a bit lacking in milk…
