5-Stars, all the way. If you want some of the best types of meat (think Brazilian Steakhouse for food preparation and delivery), than I cannot imagine how you could do better than this, in Santiago. You can order Buffet, or you can go A-La-Carte. We went A-La-Carte for the whole meal, and I could not been happier. We were treated to this lunch by a very old school mate of my wife, and it was fantastic. My wife and I both ordered the bone in Ribeye (which was about 1.5" thick and full of flavor. I ordered a Chimichuri sauce which I doused it in. Also we got some Pomme Frites, and mash to go on the side. They give you bread, ad some Salsa's. We all ordered a salad on the side too, which was fantastic, and had Beets, Avacados, Tomatos, Cucumbers, and other nice stuff like sprouts in it. Highly recommend. What a great meal, and it was literally 1/3 the price of any of these types of high end restaurants where I live (Las Vegas). Highly recommend!
Wonderful restaurant and sweet waiter was willing to communicate with me to order when first choices not available. The salad was large and freshly made, and the steak was fantastic. I also had a lovely glass of cabernet sauvignon. I would like to return for the lunch buffet to try more things.
Delicious experience only a few blocks from the Quinta Normal. I focused on the chorizos and prietas, both extraordinary. The provoleta was the best I’ve ever had. Will come back again when in town.
