We came here on a Friday evening around 8pm. There were not many customers, (only 6pp). We preferred a cocktail. It took a long time to do and the cocktail is very diluted. The 3 dishes we ordered were good, but not of the world special?
As an European in Santiago, I was looking for a modern restaurant with a Chilean touch. I came across Delfina in Google Maps, and couldn't find better. The best pisco sour I drank in Santiago and all the food from seafood, to appetizers, the deserts, all in all an experience to repeat. Delfina Bistro showed me the best cuisine I found in Santiago. Positive notes for the atmosphere, the music and the service. Loved it and will come back, for sure.
The food and service were superb! We loved our delicious meal here during our vacation to Santiago which was beautifully presented with very fresh ingredients and flavorful combinations. The drinks were also very enjoyable!
