Recently ate there, this was our seventh time, at least. Ordered what I usually do, this time there was an added ingredient I did not like. Server could not be bothered to ever check on us regarding how is the food, do we want more drinks or dessert. They were not busy, mostly standing around talking with each other and staring at their phones. So finally I got their attention and asked for the check. I told him my problem with my dish. He appeared unconcerned and unapologetic, simply saying I should have ordered the dish without that ingredient. How was I to know to say that, when they had never before included it?! Were I the server I would have said "Sorry it wasn't to your liking, would you like a free dessert or something?" Then he got really rude and sarcastic when I refused (which I rarely do) to pay the propina. Not returning for a long time. There is a lot of competition in this area.
Hands down one of the best burgers I've had. Cheese is phenomenal
I ordered my burger well-done, but it arrived undercooked, so they didn't honor my request. The vegan option arrived with mold on the bun, which is UNACCEPTABLE, and all they offered as an apology was a coffee or a slice of cake. I don't recommend it. I understand that others may have had a good experience, but a place that doesn't check the quality of its ingredients before sending them to the customer doesn't deserve your time or money.
