Although this is a brunch restaurant, it offers a surprisingly refined experience with creative and thoughtful approaches that feel closer to fine dining. Through the menu and execution, it is easy to see how much effort, passion, and dedication the chef puts into each dish. While the prices are slightly higher than what one might expect from a typical brunch spot, the quality, creativity, and overall experience more than justify the cost. It is certainly a place worth visiting if you are looking for something beyond an ordinary brunch.
I opted for the lunch set, which included apple juice, bread and jams, razor clams as the starter, fish with a prawn bisque as the main and flan for dessert. The portions were generous and everything was flavourful and really tasty. I also tried the matcha latte which was average as the milk was burnt. The service was polite and efficient.
Amazing brunch, loved the finesse of the food and presentation while still being great portions (I was definitely full!). Surely not the cheapest (vs Santiago standards) but absolutely worth it! And the staff was absolutely lovely! (they discovered they were mentioned in the Lonely Planet guide of Chile and were quite happy about it 😃)
