Reviews from Google
This restaurant is a special place. It’s for good reason that they have inspired these five star reviews. The attention to detail and the thoughtful touches like the basket of bread and tray of condiments are among the things that set Entre Compas apart in a league of its own. And the food is simply fantastic. I could eat at this restaurant every day. 😄 All respect to the owners - it is clear that they have a vision of what they want to create, and that vision is full of respect for their diners and for the journey of food itself. Eat here if you get the chance!!
The service was friendly, but unfortunately, the food was terrible. The consommé appetizer was delicious, but the beef stew, a Chilean classic that you crave on cold days, was awful. The meat seemed to have been roasted and then boiled in a pot; the fat hung strangely, and it had no spices whatsoever. Each ingredient had been cooked separately, and it showed in the flavor. I'm an adult and NEVER leave food on my plate; this was the first time I ever did.
Translated by GoogleA special place in the Bio Bio flea market, delicious, generous, and affordable menus, excellent service, and a special mention for the consommé, but I ordered granados beans and it was mostly frozen corn and too much broth, I don't recommend it.
