AVOID!! These good reviews from years ago are absolutely outdated... The worst food experience in our 4 month South America trip. Completely ignored us when asked for a discount or some kind of gesture you could expect from a restaurant after we made complaints...
Did I say this was one of the best bbq experiences I've ever had? Damn! And also great value for money. The owner kept on bringing grill until we couldn't breathe. And the idea that after the toughest hike of your life you could just go to this place, help yourself with whatever cold beer you want from the fridge, be served some incredible bbq and then have the first sleep on a bed after 2 weeks is in my view irresistible.
Unbelievable... Frozen in time shelter, on the slope of the mountain. Extremely friendly owner, Carlos. Excellent menu in the restaurant with good choice of beers and wines. Just loved it.
