the place is not really good, they do not have any air extraction from the kitchen, so if you go there be ready to smell like food the whole day. The service is bad, I bought a bottle of wine and we realized that a fly was on the glass, I complained to the waiter and he only throw away the wine and gave us a clean glass, no apologies, no other glass of wine, he only told us that the glass was clean before he poured the wine. The food is good, but not great.

My worst experience in Chile so far. I live two blocks away, but I don't plan on going back. I'm a cook and I don't like to talk, but I think the service and food were both bad. I came alone on a Wednesday at 7:30 pm. I ordered fettuccine with shrimp and cheese. They didn't grate the cheese, but they put a whole slice on top that stuck to everything—ugly and poorly made. I asked for hot sauce about three times, something really spicy, like aji, rocoto, or even Tabasco. They brought me some dark, not-at-all-spicy stuff that made everything taste bad. I ate half of it with the shrimp and two Cusqueña beers and left disgusted. How come the restaurant is called Aji and they don't have it? Just kidding. Customer satisfaction is a matter of small changes. The details make all the difference when someone decides to go to your place. The high price of a dish is only justified when the quality is consistent.

The food was delicious, it's a shame it was overshadowed by the service from the waitresses on the terrace. When she took our order, we hadn't even finished speaking and she was talking over us, saying, "Are you going to tell me the flavor of the drink or don't you want to?" and we were like, "What's up with that? We were ordering!" She had a sour look on her face and spoke very quietly on purpose and reluctantly. We asked for more bread and they never brought it. We didn't tip her because of the poor service and she started asking why we didn't. I hope they can fix it because it's a shame to spend money there only to receive such bad service.
