Francisco Martinez our waiter was fantastic. Food was delicious, we plan to return.
The hotel is great! Breakfast is really good and Cristina, who is one of the ladies at breakfast is helpful and makes sure your day starts the best possible!
A restaurant that only promises to be good. It's nice, but the service is terrible! The service is incredibly slow, and they don't know the dishes on the menu or the drinks. We arrived at 8:30, ordered cocktails that took 20 minutes to arrive, then ordered a ceviche that was good, and while we were asking for opinions (which they didn't know) about the dishes, the waiter said: "I'll come back when you've decided." I asked to be served, because it's literally a challenge to get anyone to serve you, and they told me: "We're closing the kitchen." We were shocked, since no one warned us that the kitchen closed so early, nor did they even warn us when we asked about the dishes that the kitchen was closing soon. We thought maybe our waiter was the bad one, but they were all like that. They were inexperienced at bringing drinks to the table, at serving, etc. A very bad experience. And the presentation was awful. We couldn't believe such bad service in a restaurant on the waterfront. Unbelievable.
