Excellent restaurant. More upscale. The restaurant is well lit and modern. There is inside and outside seating. It has a beautiful outside view of the mountains. The restaurant has English menu if you ask. The food was excellent. We had a shrimp/fish ceviche and also a salmon ceviche. For entree we had the Souther Hake Fish in Alcaparras ( Capers and Black butter) sauce and Elevers. Lastly we had for dessert Flan, Crème Burlee and Tres Leche Miraolas. Everything was excellent. Only thing was the bathroom could be cleaner since this seems to be a more upscale restaurant.

Beautiful views, excellent service, and fantastic, genuinely prepared food. Everything feels authentic and done with care. The fish is outstanding — fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The quality easily places Miraolas among the very best fish restaurants in Santiago. A place we would gladly return to and confidently recommend.
