Maillard was one of the highlights of our time in Santiago. I visited with two of my dear friends that I’m traveling with, and the entire evening felt special from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious—beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The service was excellent, warm, and attentive without ever feeling rushed. And of course, the wine was amazing, which made the experience even better. Sharing such a wonderful meal with friends while traveling is one of my favorite things in the world, and Maillard delivered on every level. I highly recommend it if you’re visiting Santiago!
Absolutely amazing food and huge portions. Started with some complimentary bread and bone broth - the broth was SO good we got some more for only $2 a cup. Great start followed by mushroom risotto, grilled veg, tomato and ricotta and smoked Argentinian steak which were all incredible and huge. The steak was quite smoked so would only recommend if you enjoy that flavour. Lovely service and beautiful restaurant.
Went for a small celebration, seafood ok. Meat their strongest. Salads great. Good proposal but didn’t feel that spark on the food. Great service and cozy environment
