I bought sushi at this branch, expecting the same quality and speed. Therefore, I would recommend improving the following details for a better experience: Speed: When I went, the place was empty and there were no people waiting, but even so, the order took longer than I expected. At other branches of the same chain, the service is usually much faster, so the difference was surprising, especially considering it's an "express" location. Attention to detail: At other Niu Sushi Express locations, they always give me a small cup to serve the sauce and dip the rolls in. This time, they didn't, so I had to pour all the soy sauce directly onto the sushi, which I found impractical. Another point I didn't like is the handling of the teriyaki sauce. If the roll doesn't include it, you can only get it by paying extra. In my case, I don't like soy sauce and prefer to eat my sushi with teriyaki, so it would be much better if they offered the option of choosing between soy or teriyaki, instead of forcing you to pay extra for the latter. Service: The staff were unfriendly; I would have preferred more cordiality. I got the feeling they hated their jobs 😢 On the plus side, the rolls were…

The service is going from bad to worse. I'm a frequent customer of this chain, and this branch has been the worst experience. They don't serve you at the counter; they just look at you from inside and don't take your order. They speak to you rudely or leave you talking to yourself. This last time, I waited eight minutes and left, but on previous occasions, I've been left with a bad feeling because they give you the sauces in a drip, and despite being an express option, they could have better service and protocols. It's not exactly cheap, and for those of us who are frequent customers, it's a terrible experience that turns what should be a pleasant moment into a completely miserable one.

Late Sunday evening we ordered takeout from the restaurant. We were served by a really rude and unprofessional woman. If she doesn't want to serve customers, she should just go home. Besides that, the sushi is bad. I do NOT recommend it. I'm never going back to this dump.
