Very extensive fish menu, we got some sort of fried tacos with raw fish which were very tasty. The raw fish dish was very well presented and very flavorsome. Only dish that disappointed was the octopus, but aside from that a nice spot and good service

The waiter who served us was super helpful. We had seafood ceviche, trout with risotto and grilled octopus . The ceviche and grilled octopus were nice. The trout was fresh and delicious. The only let down is the risotto. It was way too milky and creamy, which is a bit overwhelming. It would be so much better if the chef could cook with seafood stock without cream.

Pulmay is a fantastic spot for seafood lovers. Located in the lively Borderío area, the restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience with fresh, expertly prepared dishes. The warm and inviting atmosphere makes it perfect for enjoying a meal with family or friends. Every dish we tried was a standout, earning a solid 5/5 for both flavor and presentation (we had the Pulmay ceviche, Southern King Crab tacos, goat cheese and shrimp-stuffed empanadas, and breaded shrimp). Of course, we couldn’t miss the desserts—an exquisite chocolate lava cake and a lucuma cake with walnuts, both absolutely delicious! The only drawback is the limited parking in the area. Even with a reservation, I recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to find a spot. Despite this minor inconvenience, Pulmay’s excellent food and the vibrant Borderío setting make it a great choice. Highly recommended!
