First time at this Restaurant and everything was outstanding. Can’t wait for my next visit

I ordered a cilantro and shrimp ceviche to go, and the experience was frankly unacceptable. When I got home, I found a dish that was in no condition: the fish tasted stale, the ceviche was lukewarm (clearly a break in the cold chain), and the shrimp also had a strange taste. In a ceviche, that's simply unforgivable. But the worst part is that it wasn't just spoiled: the preparation was terrible. It didn't taste like lemon, cilantro, or anything resembling Peruvian ceviche. The only dominant flavor was MSG. I must mention one positive thing: the cashier was very kind, empathetic, and professional. Without questioning my complaint, she immediately offered me a solution (a refund or exchange), which speaks volumes about her attitude and judgment. However, the experience worsened when the waitress who had previously served me approached uninvited to question my complaint with an inappropriate comment: “But the fish was fresh.” That kind of intervention is inappropriate and unprofessional. The fact that the fish was “fresh” is meaningless if the handling, storage, or preparation is flawed. I appreciate that they addressed the issue, but what happened reflects something deeper than…

Delicious and flavorful. I ordered a traditional leche de tigre as an appetizer and a risotto with lomo saltado as a main course, and everything was incredible, absolutely delicious. For a drink, the classic pisco sour is always a safe bet. How did I find this place? I was out for a walk with my niece, and the aroma wafting from the block made us stop and say, "If it smells like that, the food must be good," and it was.
