This was one of the best birthdays I ever had. How wonderful was Chef Carlos Campos with his Teppanyaki expertise, Saldo y Franyer were also amazing with their service. I will be bringing clients to Sabor y Aroma.
Some of the best nikkei sushi in Santiago, with a great variety of dishes. It is however pretty expensive. It also has very good desserts and the attention is top notch.
Most starter dishes were great: - Machas Parmesan (razor clamshells) - Loco (abalone) Main dishes were not as amazing: - seco de res (beef, slow cooked) was tasty but chewy - linguini saltado (steak over pasta) was just fine. Also, they have a robot waiter that brings dishes and it’s not only silly, but it began singing happy birthday to the table next to us… and that was plainly weird.
