Excellent service. I want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of Esteban, the waiter who served us. He was very friendly, approachable, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. His impeccable service always makes us want to return. We are very grateful!

The atmosphere is ideal for socializing, perfect for a quiet outing or a get-together with friends. The service is attentive and meticulous, making for a very comfortable experience. Furthermore, the food is served quickly, which is always appreciated at a sushi restaurant. All in all, it's a great place to enjoy and return to.

Good evening. I want to express my dissatisfaction with the terrible service and lack of professionalism regarding delivery times. At 6:00 PM, I inquired about a promotion and was told to contact you again at 7:00 PM to place an order for 8:00 PM. I followed your instructions exactly, and when I placed the order at 7:00 PM, I was informed that it would be ready in an hour or an hour and a half. However, when I contacted you again at 8:45 PM to ask if I could pick it up, I was told that it would still take another 45 minutes. In other words, after almost two hours of waiting, the order still wasn't ready. I find this disrespectful to customers' time. If you weren't able to meet the delivery times you yourselves provided, the least you could have done was to notify customers in advance and not waste their time. Frankly, your customer service and organization leave much to be desired. I hope you take steps to improve, because a situation like this makes me not want to buy from you again.
