The ramen flavors were extremely plain. The cold ramen had no depth at all, and the spicy ramen was overly salty rather than flavorful. The cocktail I ordered was far too sweet, nothing special, and definitely not worth the price. For everything we ordered, the total came to 91,000, which feels outrageously expensive for the quality you receive. The service was inattentive and impersonal, making the experience even worse. This will be the last time we visit. A true disappointment and nowhere near an authentic Japanese experience.
I'm a bit of a ramen enthusiast and always try to hunt down a good spots whenever I travel. I stumbled upon Kintaro Ramen Bar near where I was staying, and it didn't disappoint. The place has a nice atmosphere, the service was excellent, and the Miso ramen was outstanding rich, flavorful, and with great consistency. They offer plenty of options and combinations. Highly recommended!
Spent some time in Santiago. Came for a noodle fix. Ordered tantan noodle. It was too salty. Otherwise the service and place was great.
