This is my favorite sushi spot in Chile! As a New Yorker living here the past few months, I’m so happy I found Naoki. Their nigiri’s are special, well thought out and eccentric. I’ve been here at least a dozen times, and it never disappoints. The miso eggplant is not sushi, but always steals the show for me. I love doing omakase and letting the chefs decide for me since its all spectacular
One of the few sushi spots open earlier on a Sunday in Santiago. I came here alone without a reservation soon after opening and got seated right away. My Spanish is terrible but the servers were patient in explaining and recommending the menu. It filled up very quick after 12:30 PM. Everything I ate was delicious. They were out if Toro the day I came though.
This place does not disappoint. I had ordered the omakase (chefs choice) and they did not skimp on ingredients. The roll was so large my waitress noticed how full I was getting and offered to serve my nigiri at half size instead of forcing the standard 2. Extremely grateful for her and how attentive all the staff overall. Everything tasted fresh and they had also provided a free chicken karage sample. Beautiful restaurant and an absolute must if you’re looking for high quality sushi.
