Where Should You Eat in Valparaíso?
Valparaíso is Chile's great port city, a tumble of brightly painted houses on steep hills above the bay, linked to the flat downtown by historic funiculars and long flights of stairs. Its historic quarter is a UNESCO World Heritage site, the hills are covered in murals, and the city is home to Neruda's house La Sebastiana and to the National Congress. Below are the restaurants, bars, and cafes we recommend in Valparaíso.
